Typically, the BPO or appraisal will be delivered in 10 calendar days or less, but it will vary based on the time needed to coordinate access to the property. In general, delays are caused by the following:
- Unresponsive Borrower/Delayed scheduling for access
- Rural Properties
- No/Limited Comparable Properties
