The Auto-Decisioning (AD) side of SMDU is available to servicers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless notified otherwise and/or during scheduled SMDU maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will take place from Sunday, 7:00 p. m. ET through Monday, 5:00 a.m. ET.
The Case Management (CM) side of SMDU used for reporting CM activities conducted via the SMDU UI must be submitted during HSSN business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), seven days a week.
From time to time, unscheduled maintenance may be necessary and SMDU UI users will be notified accordingly.
