MIT Export Manager: Using “File Copy” Icon to Upload File to Collect Fannie Mae Loan Numbers to Export Results

The “File Copy” icon     uses a selected file to copy and paste Fannie Mae loans numbers into the “loans export box”.  The first characters of each line within the selected file must be a 10-digit Fannie Mae loan number. Supported file types are: .csv, .zip, .txt.   This information is also noted in the hover text of the Clipboard icon. 

 

To use this feature, follow the steps below: 

1. Within the MIT Export Manager, use the dropdown menu to select the type of results to export (e.g. Evaluation Results).

2.  Click on the File Copy icon  and select the file with the Fannie Mae loan numbers to be copied.

3.  When the file selection is successful, the applicable Fannie Mae loan numbers will appear in the "loans export" box.
