Collecting Fannie Mae Loan Numbers to Export Results

Fannie Mae loan numbers can be copied from various servicer sources (e.g. Excel document, text document) and/or uploaded from a selected file and pasted into the “loans export box”.  The loan numbers must be delimited by new lines, commas, or spaces.  


NOTE:    A minimum of one Fannie Mae loan number and a maximum of 1,000 Fannie Mae loan number(s) can be entered into the “loans export box”.  The exportable zip file cannot exceed 300MB

The following features can be used to collect Fannie Mae loan numbers to export results: 
•    MIT Manager: Collect, copy and paste Fannie Mae loan numbers into the “loans export box” using 

  • Clipboard 
  • Downloadable .csv file 

•    MIT Export Manager:  Use the “File Copy” icon within this feature to copy any Fannie Mae loan numbers from a selected file and paste into the “loans export box”.
