SMDU™ UI MI Termination Servicer User Guide September 2020 – MIT Export Manager: Overview

MIT Export Manager: Overview

The MIT Export Manager enables a servicer to export the SMDU evaluation results and/or the valuation product results for multiple loans vs. one loan at a time:

•    Evaluation Results – SMDU’s evaluation results for terminating mortgage insurance based on Original Value, Current Value and/or Current Value with Substantial Improvements (PDF document).
•    Valuation Results – Completed Valuation Product (BPO or Appraisal PDF document).
•    Evaluation & Valuation Results – SMDU evaluation results and completed valuation product  documents.

The exported PDF documents and a data output .csv file (“output.csv”) are in a single zip file. The “output.csv” file contains data that is within the respective exported SMDU evaluation PDF.  New data element(s) may be added to the “output.csv” file in future releases.
