SMDU™ UI MI Termination Servicer User Guide May 2020 – MIT Manager

MIT Manager:

This is a tool to help you view and manage your loans over a given period of time.

Quick Access to MIT MANAGER screen

  • Click Fannie Mae icon at any time to be brought to the MIT Manager.

NOTE: Hides at loan level not User level.

1. Click Plus Sign .

2. Select the number of days in the dropdown box to check the age of the Loan Activity.

3. Click Submit.

Result: Loans accessed during the selected timeframe are displayed.

  • NOTE: Click on the download icon  in the upper right corner of the page to download the data in the MIT Manager to a csv file.  
  • NOTE: Hover over each column header for more details.

 

Hiding a Loan(s)

1. Click a Blue Flag  to hide a row.

2. Click Flag Check box to view the loan(s) that were hidden.

Messages

A Yellow Bell  indicates a new message.

1. Click Yellow Bell  to view message.

NOTE:  The bell will become grey   once the servicer clicks the message. 

2. Click check box under the Messages column to only view loans with messages (those with a yellow and/or grey bell).  To view all loans, not just those with a message, uncheck the box.

Sort Functionality

To sort information on the MIT Manager, follow these steps:

  1. Select the desired column title.

      2. Click Header Name to conduct sort.

NOTE: Searches for all columns can also be conducted by entering the appropriate numbers, dates, values, status’, and costs into the filter box below each column header.

NOTE:  The arrow icon appears after the header name is clicked on.

  • Fannie Mae Loan Number can besorted in ascending and/or descending order or use the “filter” to find a certain loan(s). Click on the desired loan number to be directed to the respective Evaluation page.  
  • Servicer Loan Number can be sorted in ascending and/or descending order or use the “filter” to find a certain loan(s). Click on the desired loan number to be directed to the respective Loan Detail page.
  • Create Date (Date of last evaluation or date valuation was ordered) can be sorted in ascending and/or descending order or use the “filter” for a certain date.
  • Original Value (SMDU Decision Based on Original Value) can besorted alphabetically (ascending and/or descending) or use the filter to view a specific decision result: I = Ineligible and E = Eligible.
  • Current Value (SMDU Decision Based on Current Value) can besorted alphabetically (ascending and/or descending) or user the filter to view a specific decision result:  I- Ineligible, E = Eligible, and NE = Not Evaluated.
  • Current Value w/SI (SMDU Decision Based on Current Value w/Substantial Improvements) can besorted alphabetically (ascending and/or descending) or use the filter to view a specific decision result: I- Ineligible,  E = Eligible, and NE = Not Evaluated.
  • Valuation Status (Status of the Valuation Order) can be sorted alphabetically (ascending and/or descending) or use the filter to view a loan(s) in a specific status. Click on the status to be directed to the respective Valuation page.
  • Status Date (Date the Valuation Order Status Changed) can be sorted in ascending and/or descending order or use the “filter” for a certain date.
  • Status Age (Number of days between the current date and the order valuation status date) can besorted in ascending and/or descending order or use the filter to view a specific Status Age. Please note: If the Status Age is less than one day, then a zero will appear in the column.
  • Valuation Cost (Cost of the valuation product) can sorted in ascending and/or descending order or use the filter to view a specific property valuation cost.
