SMDU™ UI MI Termination Servicer User Guide September 2020 – Completed Valuation Order

Completed Valuation Order

Once the valuation order has been completed, the "Valuation Order Status" changes to “Completed” and the Valuation Product will be available in PDF format.

Result: Evaluation

NOTE: SMDU automatically evaluates the loan based on the valuation and returns the decision results.  Therefore, a servicer should only click on the Evaluate for MI Termination button to re-evaluate the loan (e.g. data changed since the initial evaluation by SMDU).

NOTE: To view the evaluation results based on the valuation (BPO or Appraisal) click on the Evaluation icon and then click into the respective SMDU decision icon. In the example above click on the respective green check mark for Original Value and Current Value and the red “x” for Current Value with Substantial Improvements.
