What action must be taken if there are no exterior handrails present and local ordinance does not require handrails during property preservation?
There is no action required unless the servicer determines a safety hazard exists without the handrail or where three (3) or more steps are present. Use of the Exterior Handrails Allowable is acceptable in these situations.
