Search Tabs

There are three search tabs across the top of the LSDU screen.  Within the first tab, Loan Activity Search, servicers can conduct three types of loan activity searches.  

  • Loan Activity Search Tab
    • Payment (LAR 96) Exceptions
    • Payment & Rate Change (LAR 83) Statuses
    • Invalid Transactions
  • Loan Data Search Tab
  • Cash Position Search Tab

Data Dictionary

A data dictionary containing descriptions of all LSDU data fields can be downloaded from the Help menu.

Ask Poli™

The floating Ask Poli™ widget appears on the bottom right side of each LSDU screen. Ask Poli™ is Fannie Mae’s policy question search tool. Click the widget to enter questions and get answers about either Fannie Mae servicing policy or the LSDU application.
